Root Five is a simple framework to help you better understand your body, mind and emotions through the lens of Five Element acupuncture and weaving this with yoga and simple movement.
It brings together movement, breath, acupressure and awareness - helping you to recognise whats going on in your system and what you need to feel more balanced and at ease.

Each element reflects different qualities within us - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually - and how we respond to life.
Rather than looking at things in isolation, this approach helps you see the bigger picture - how everything is interconnected, and how small shifts can support the whole system.

This includes the deeper patterns that shape how you think, feel and react, helping you build a clearer understanding of yourself, rather than feeling stuck or lost in what's going on.

Root Five is also available online, offering a simple and accessible way to work together, either one-to-one or in a group setting.
